Stephen was born and raised in Zimbabwe, Southern Africa. He is a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Trainer and an Accountant by profession. His interests lie in leadership, economics and business coaching. He also enjoys learning and meeting new people.
As a Director of FIRMO he brings a holistic approach to his work including using his skills from various aspects of his life and experiences.
Stephen has a particular interest in Business coaching as it combines his two favourite interests, business and leading people. He has spent the last 10 years working in various organisations in senior executive roles.
These roles have afforded him experience not only in leading people but also managing financial units within organisations, a role in governance issues and experience in contract management, grant applications and influencing change at an organisational level. Stepen has engaged organisations at a consultant level to offer services such as strategic reviews and recommendations for moving forward. He currently lives in Australia with his wife and three children.
