Masterplan, Marketing and Sponsorship Prospectus

Collie Motorplex was officially opened in 1999 and has grown to be the longest bitumen-licenced race circuit in Western Australia, managed by volunteers with a passion for motorsports. The committee worked with Ascentive and the project Architect to develop a master plan for their site and sponsorship prospectus to encourage local and regional stakeholder participation. This included a detailed analysis of the tourism product, a gap analysis of existing tourism products, a strategy session with members, a marketing strategy and a detailed action plan to improve tourism assets and increase visitation.
