Ascentive worked with the Puntukurna Aboriginal Medical Service (PAMS) team to develop a strategic plan aligned with both organisational and community healthcare goals for the Pilbara. This was achieved through comprehensive engagement and co-design, developing strategic and operational projects to address key focus areas, and identifying success measures integrated with internal and external plans. The plan has been adopted and is now being implemented.
