Albany Golf Club Masterplan and Stage One Redevelopment

AGC has undertaken a detailed master plan and engagement process to support the ongoing management and development of club facilities. Stage One of the master plan is the upgrade of the reticulation system. Ascentive worked with Albany Golf Club and the project Architect to develop the master plan to support its growth and provide high-quality facilities. This included a needs assessment, feasibility study, stakeholder engagement, financial analysis, and risk assessment. We prepared funding applications for the first stage of development. The staged master plan provided the club with viable upgrade options based on external funding opportunities and ensured efficient management of grant timelines. Outcomes included the identification of redevelopment options, financial commitments from the City of Albany, and the development and submission of State and Federal funding applications to support Stage One. The project was awarded funding from the City of Albany and the State Government under the CSRFF Annual and Forward Planning program for 2025/2026.
