Mark Weller prepared feasibility studies for three separate childcare centres. This included a statewide market analysis of childcare needs, stakeholder engagement, site analysis and identification, facility needs, social and financial viability and management models. Each stakeholder utilised the results to confirm the need and implement appropriate provisions within their community.
