Albany Youth Support Association (AYSA) engaged Ascentive to develop a comprehensive suite of policies and procedures covering Human Resource Management, Work Health and Safety, Finance and Accounting, Technology and Innovation, Governance and Risk Management, Young House/Services, and Outreach/Youth Work. These were integrated into an accessible intranet system, ensuring team members had access to the most current versions at any time and that the AYSA administration had access to manage updates and maintain version control.
