Following successful funding applications prepared by our team, the Shire of Kojonup required full Project Management services to complete Sports Precinct upgrades. On commencement, we worked closely with the Shire and local groups to address differing opinions on facility location and co-location. Through extensive community consultations, we facilitated a solution that met the needs of all stakeholders. Ascentive’s project management throughout the final design and construction period resulted in a facility with nearly double the roof and court space while maintaining the original budget and enhancing oval lighting control. The project was completed on time and within budget, offering improved facilities and reducing maintenance costs. The outcomes included a purpose-built, multipurpose facility, increased regional sporting events, and greater community access.
