Recreation Facilities Operational Management Review

The Toodyay Recreation Centre and Swimming Pool are widely used and important facilities for the Shire of Toodyay. Ascentive supported the Shire in conducting an operational management review of the Toodyay Recreation Centre and Swimming Pool. Our work included community engagement, workshops with the Council, and a comparative analysis of regional facilities. The final report provided a detailed financial forecast and management options, helping the Council understand community expectations and guiding future operational decisions. Outcomes included improved community engagement, a clearer understanding of access needs, and guidelines for selecting a management model that met both community and Shire requirements.
