Puntukurna Aboriginal Medical Service (PAMS) deliver primary healthcare to the community in the Pilbara. Ascentive collaborated with and facilitated sessions for the PAMS executive team to develop customised content aligned to the organisation’s immediate needs. Following the development of the team-building and leadership program, we delivered onsite management and executive team-building workshops focusing on practical organisational development outcomes. A team-building workshop for extended staff, managers, and executives was then designed to include feedback from the management workshops and run over two days. The focus of the team building workshop included successful conflict resolution, the development of a wellness check-in tool, communication and team management and rethinking change in the workplace. As experienced facilitators, our team were able to expand and modify activities to best support participants in real-time. A comprehensive engagement report was provided to PAMS with details of recommendations as a result of the engagement.
