This extends beyond the work she does at Ascentive, having co-founded a grassroots mental health program, Check Mate Mental Health.
Recognised for her exceptional contributions, Ella received nominations for Rural Women of the Year 2019 and Young Professional of the Year 2020.
Currently completing a Master of Business Administration. Ella is passionate about empowering communities, advocating self-determination, and, above all, creating tangible value for every client she works with.
