Ricky is a seasoned Senior Consultant at Ascentive, with a particular interest in leadership development, performance improvement and board governance. Having obtained a Masters in Leadership and Management from Curtin University, studies in Psychology at Murdoch University, and an ongoing Doctorate in Business Administration at UWA, Ricky’s academic credentials are as impressive as they are diverse.
With experience that spans being a CEO in the public and local government sectors, to serving as a Director on a diverse range of Boards, Ricky has experience in navigating complex and political environments with a high level of sensitivity.
Ricky is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors as well as the Institute Coaching & Leadership Foundation. Her notable contributions extend to serving on several boards and committees, including the Art Gallery of WA, Leadership WA, and HealthWay.
Ricky is driven by her passion for working collaboratively with individuals and organisations to achieve optimal outcomes. The ACC project stands out as a testament to this, aligning perfectly with her skills and passion.
