A seasoned veteran in project management development, Tricia ‘s professional journey speaks volumes of her dedication to fostering community-centric results. Working at Ascentive, Tricia is able to align her professional endeavours with her personal passions and values.
Graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Diploma in Business (Sport Management), Tricia began her consulting journey in 2013, looking to create positive change for organisations and communities alike. But her impact traces back to 1999, when her venture into Local Government began. Specialising in community and recreation projects as well as facility management, Tricia collaborated with a range of diverse communities across Western Australia’s Great Southern and Wheatbelt regions.
Family means everything to Tricia. Raising three wonderful daughters with her husband, she strives to create a nurturing environment for her girls, empowering them to be the best versions of themselves. Tricia and her family enjoy spending time together in nature, exploring the creek on their farm, and huddling around the fire in their yard, soaking up each other’s company.
Perhaps one of the most interesting facts about Tricia is her commendable feat at the Goju-Kai Karate World Championships where she won not one, but two bronze medals for individual and team komite (fighting)!
